Lagos – There is no provision for the automobile industry in the 2014 budget allocation, The Nation reports.
This was revealed by the President National Association of Nigerian Traders (NANTS), Ken Ukuoha who accused the Federal Government of not allocating anything to the Ministry of Industry Trade and Investment for the automobile industry, after the new policy for automobiles was assented by the presidency.
The total budget is N4.643trillion, while the Industry, Trade and Investment sector and its departments and agencies will get N15.059billion.
