Lagos - Etisalat, the mobile network operator, has taken its Customer Forum, aimed at getting customers’ feedback, to Calabar in Cross River State.
The regional forum provides Etisalat the opportunity to engage with its customers, with the aim of finding workable solutions to their challenges.
Director of Customer Care at Etisalat Nigeria, Plato Syrimis, said the forum was put together so customers could interact with the brand and share their experiences on the network.
He said the company was interested in getting feedback as this will go a long way in improving the quality of offerings from the network.
“This forum is one of the ways we interact and engage with our customers.
"We consider our customers an integral part of our business and as such; we pay attention to their views about our products and services,” said Syrimis.
On the outcome of the Calabar edition, Syrimis said, “We had a robust discussion and got useful feedback from our customers.
"We have taken note of their suggestions as well as ideas, which we will take back to enhance the quality of service and experience we deliver to them.”
The forum gathered customers from diverse backgrounds from different parts of the state.
Head of Customer Experience and Retention at Etisalat Nigeria, Biola Edun re-emphasized the company’s commitment to providing world class products and services that are tailor-made to suit customers’ lifestyles.
