Lagos - The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) has scheduled its maiden Corporate Challenge for May 17 when it would raise funds for charity.
The NSE Corporate Challenge is an annual 5km walk, jog or run competition designed exclusively for the NSE listed companies and capital market participants, to promote teamwork and healthy community.
The NSE Corporate Challenge also provides an opportunity for positive competition among corporate teams, as well as a chance to network within the business community
NSE has 258 listings.
“All proceeds from this competition will be geared towards specific community health programmes and charities,” NSE stated.
The race will start at Onikan Stadium and conclude at the same venue after passing through several sites.
Registrations are underway.
