Lagos - The total non-oil export earnings by Nigerian exporters rose to $3.716 billion by the end of 2013, a new data from the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) has shown.
The amount represents a 15.9 percent increase over the $2.56bn figure recorded in 2012, reports BusinessDay.
The increase in earnings was has a result of the addition of 11 new non-oil products that the country exported to the global market in 2013.
The new additions put the number of non-oil products that the country exported to the global market to 117 by end of 2013 , from the 106 reported by year-end 2012/
