Abuja - The Senate Committee on Finance did not clear the Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke and the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) in the alleged missing oil funds.
Chairman of the Committee, Ahmed Makarfi and a member of the committee, Bukola Saraki, said the report actually indicted the NNPC and Minister, reports ThisDay.
They said there was nowhere in the committee’s report where the minister and the NNPC were absolved of any blame concerning the unaccounted missing oil revenue.
