Lagos - The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has suspended the operation license of Dana Airlines, Punch reports.
The suspension is coming two days after the operations of Association Aviation Limited was also suspended following the crash of its airplane at the domestic terminal of the Murtala Mohammed Airport in Lagos.
No reason was given for the suspension, but the General Manager, Corporate Communications of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Yakubu Datti said that the suspension is to enable them conduct an operational auditing.
This is the third time the NCAA would be suspending the operational license of the carrier over safety and other related issues.
