Abuja- Stanbic IBTC Bank and Goldman Sachs have been appointed as advisers to the proposed federal government’s Diaspora Bond issue.
The government through the Debt Management Office (DMO) also appointed Olaniwun Ajayi LP, a Nigerian firm and Arnold & Porter LLP, an international firm.as legal advisers to the bond issue, reports ThisDay.
The names of the successful Book runners that would prepare the marketing and distribution strategies for the transaction will, however, be announced upon their appointments.
