There can be no equality of man in Nigeria without equality of tribes because every Nigerian is clothed on the garment of his or her tribe.
Nigerian government and politics
Discrimination among tribes in Nigeria in the language of main tribes and minor tribes or majorities and minorities is like saying that a man from Britain is inferior to a man from France or Germany because Britain is a smaller country than the rest of them on the continent of Europe. Moreover, the so called minority tribes of Nigeria possess about seventy percent of landmass of Nigeria.

The rest belongs to the so-called majority tribes. Are countries identified by population alone or by both population and landmass? What about the natural resources which are more abundant in the so-called minority territories and which support the so-called majority territories to the tone of 90 percent since Nigerian's independence in the year 1960?
Nigerian leaders have consistently misled their followers into believing that their own tribes and people are superior to others by dint of population only and therefore are democratically qualified to rule others permanently.
They even indoctrinate school children to believe that Nigeria is made of three main tribes.
