We commend the courage of Nigeria Electoral Commission for it efforts to increase the credibility and transparency of the electoral process, we are convince that the pledge and commitment of the commission to conduct a free and fair poll is undisputed, our position is further strengthen by the wide jubilation and celebration across Nigeria after the announcement of the Presidential election result, it is also an indication that the election result truly reflect the decision of the electorates, indeed INEC deserves a special recognition for the largely peaceful and orderly election across Nigeria.

We salute the international communities for designing the necessary framework that ultimately gave no alternative choice/chance to all the presidential candidates than to accept the verdict of the people in a transparent election. We equally commend all foreign and local observers, particularly ECOWAS election observers mission lead by John kuffour, for their commitment to democracy across the sub-region, while we are very glad that the much anticipated Nigerian election has gone without internal rancour, we urge ECOWAS to extend a similar gesture to the forthcoming elections in Togo, Guinea, Burkina Faso and Cote d'ivoire later this Year to also reflect the verdict of the people.

We pledge our solidarity in his quest to redeem your manifesto/constitutional promises.

We also commend the large turnout of voters, this shows the strength of Nigeria’s commitment to democratic principles. We are also calling on the people of Republic of Togo to come out en mass during this month national elections to vote for the leaders of your choice On behalf of West African Youths, we say congratulations to the people of Nigeria for this feat, while also wishing them a peaceful transition
