Lagos - There is a strong military presence at the Fedeyi area of Ikorodu road as at 7:30am on Saturday as Nigerians get ready to vote for the next president of the nation in a poll scheduled to commence at 8am.
The few vehicles (on duty) passing are being thoroughly searched.

The military had assured of safety of lives and properties at the election period.
The presidential candidate of the People's Democratic Party's President Goodluck Jonathan is running against former Head of State and presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Muhammadu Buhari.
