Enugu - No fewer than three Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) senators from the South East have concluded plans to dump the party for the All Progressives Congress (APC), reports The Sun.
The Senators decided to join the APC in order to stand a chance of emerging one of the principal officers of the upper chamber when it is inaugurated on May 29.
The APC won majority of the seats in the Senate and would take control of the Senate after it is inaugurated.
The PDP lawmakers have already opened talks with the top leadership of the APC.
