Yola - Four governorship candidates in Adamawa State have stepped down for the gubernatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Nuhu Ribadu, reports Premium Times
They said their decision to support Ribadu was borne out of their desire to put in place a credible government that Adamawa people can be proud of.
The candidates are Aminu Haman-Joda Furo of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) , Salihu Abdullahi Batu of KOWA Party, Abdulnasir Umar Hamman of Mega Progressive Peoples Party (MPPP) and Zabairu Hafiza Abdullahi of National Conscience Party (NCP).

Abdulnasir Hamman, the guber candidate of MPPP, who spoke on behalf of the four aspirants, noted that they decided to queue behind Ribadu in the April 11 governorship election because of the quality they found in Ribadu.
