Abuja - From the results of the National Assembly elections across the country, it is likely that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) may lose its dominance of the upper chamber of the National Assembly in the next dispensation.
The results so far released showed that the All Progressives Congress (APC) has won majority of the seats in the election.

The APC will have three senators each from Lagos, Oyo, Osun, Sokoto, Kebbi, Jigawa, Kano, Bauchi, Gombe, Kogi, Niger and Kwara states.
It has two senators in Kaduna, Ogun, Ondo and Nasarawa states and one from Edo:
The Senate has 109 members.
