APC claims that the PDP are set to lose

Lagos - The All Progressives Congress’ (APC) national chairman, John Oyegun, has stated that the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) together with its presidential runner, Goodluck Jonathan, are set to lose in their home states, reports Naij.

The chairman has stated attacked the PDP saying that the ruling party is scared because they are aware of the fact that they will lose. He went on to say that, Jonathan’s party has been using methods to ‘scuttle’ the general election, and that is an indication of the ruling party being scared.

Oyegun was quoted saying that the APC has secured over 20 million votes, adding that the opposing party, APC, is set to win in Kaduna and Bayelsa, which are Jonathan’s home states.

He argued that the ruling party that has been in power for 16 years has brought hardship in the country and they have also threatened the unity.

He went on to say that the APC was ordained to end the course of the PDP.
