Uyo - Hours after winning the 2015 presidential election, the All Progressives Congress (APC) has suffered a major loss and setback, reports New Telegraph
The party’ s chairmen in all the 21 local government areas in Akwa Ibom State have decamped to Labour Party .
They have declared their support for the LP’s governorship candidate in the state, Senator Helen Esuene.

Joseph Akpan, who led the other chairmen, said they decided to dump the APC for LP because of the injustice and impunity going on in the party.
He noted that of the four governorship candidates in the state, Esuene is the only one that stands out clean, honest and determined to move the state forward.
