Lagos - The All Progressives Party has presented evidence of election rigging in Akwa Ibom state, Naij reported.

Umana Okon Umana, the APC's governorship aspirant at a press conference showed thousands of ballot papers that voters cast for the party.

He accused the Independent National Electoral Commission of conspiring with the ruling Peoples Democratic Party in making the ballots inaccessible and casting them away.

The opposition party has already won in Ogun, Lagos, Kwara, Kogi, Jigawa, Ondo, Osun and is expected to extend its lead as results filter in.
