Lagos - Following legal experts advice that President Goodluck Jonathan does not have the constitutional powers to ask the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Attahiru Jega to proceed on terminal leave, the All Progressives Congress has accused the Presidency of hatching another plot to get Jega out of INEC before the general elections, reports Premium Times

The APC accused President Goodluck Jonathan and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of planning to deposit a large sum of money into the bank account of Jega, in order to frame him and one of its leaders, Bola Tinubu.
