Lagos - The Independent National Electorate Commission has
been urged by the All Progressive Party to recognise Wasiu Sanni as a candidate
that wants to represent the Lagos Assembly, Punch reported.
This comes after Sanni filed a suit against the APC,
accusing the party of transferring his mandate to another candidate that lesser
votes than him.

He approached the Federal High Court seeking to be
reinstated after what had happened. The APC has thereafter urged INEC to add
Sanni back on it's list.
