Adamawa - Adamawa State governor, Bala Ngilari, has pleaded with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) not to allow elections to go on in the state, reports Leadership
The governor argues that, because seven local governments are under siege of terrorists, adding that lives of citizens should be first priority.

The general election is set to take place on the 14th of February.
