Agbaje concedes defeat, calls Ambode

Lagos - The governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos State, Jimi Agbaje has congratulated Akinwunmi Ambode of the All Progressives Congress on his victory at the Lagos governorship election, reports The Nation.

Agbaje personally called Ambode on phone to congratulate him as the next governor of the state.

Agbaje called Ambode around 6.50pm just few minutes after the collation of results from all the local government were completed.

He prayed for him and said he was looking forward to a more prosperous Lagos.
