Ilorin - Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed of Kwara has dedicated his victory in Saturday’s governorship election to the entire people of the state and pledged to deliver on his campaign promises.
Ahmed said this while reacting to his victory at the poll on Monday at the government house, Ilorin.
"This victory is of the Kwarans, who have decided to be part of the change process the country is going through," he added.
According to the governor, his victory would not only bring good governance, but dividends of democracy to the generality of the people of Kwara.

He pledged to run an all inclusive government in the interest of the people of the state and called for the cooperation of everybody to move the state forward.
Ahmed, therefore, called on everybody irrespective of political or religious leaning to come together and put heads together to move the state forward.
The governor promised not to disappoint the people; he pledged to deliver on his campaign promises.
