Port Harcourt - Gov. Ritimi Amaechi of Rivers State has vowed not to congratulate the new Governor-elect of the state and his successor, Nyesom Wike, reports Naij.

He described the election that produced Wike as a sham.

Amaechi, who was responding to the call of the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs II, Musiliu Obanikoro that Amaechi and the All Progressives Congress (APC) should accept defeat, noted that the April 11 governorship election in the state was a daylight robbery.
