Amaechi vows not to forgive Wike unless justice is done

Port Harcourt - Outgoing Rivers State Governor, Rotimi Amaechi has vowed not to forgive his successor, Nyesom Wike until justice must be seen to have been done, reports Punch.

Amaechi made the declaration on Wednesday in Port Harcourt while responding to an appeal from the Catholic Bishop of Port Harcourt Diocese, Most Rev. Camillus Etokudor during a thanksgiving service to mark his 50th birthday anniversary.

Amaechi accused the Governor-elect of being behind the deaths recorded in the state during the general elections.

He maintained that justice must come before forgiveness, noting that those that were killed during the general elections and their families must get justice.
