Abuja - The Independent National Electoral Commission has
been given an order by the Federal High Court in Abuja, to nullify the
Certificate of Return of Christian Abah, Punch reported.
Abah had won the Federal Constituency seat in the House of
The court has revealed that Abah allegedly forged a
certificate, an Ordinary National Diploma certificate in Accountancy which he
claimed to have received it from the Federal Polytechnic in Mubi.

Abah, who belongs to the People's Democratic Party was
announced winner of the March 28 elections but all votes are null and
INEC has been ordered to issue Saleh, who came second as
winner, a Certificate of Return.
Further the court ordered the Inspector-General of Police,
Solom Arase to immediately prosecute Abah for forgery and perjury.
