Buhari bars AIT from covering his activities

Abuja - President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari, has barred the African Independent Television (AIT), from covering his activities, reports Thisday.

The banned will last until the station sort out what Buhari called its ethics and standards.

Buhari reportedly gave the order through his security team, who ordered AIT’s crew out of the Defence House during the Cuban Ambassador’s visit.

Crew of the station were politely asked to leave the venue by one of the officials attached to Buhari.

The crew , however, refused to leave the venue.
