Buhari gets support from former classmates

Abuja - Two former classmates of the presidential candidates of the All Progressives Congress, Muhammadu buhari, have confirmed that Buhari attended the Katsina Provincial College and sate for for the West African School Certificate exams in 1961, reports Leadership.

Ibrahim Cooomassie, former inspector-general of police, said Buhari was the  head boy of the school in their final year.

He sated that after they finished school, he decided to join the Police while Buhari opted to join the Military.

He added that another prominent classmate of theirs, Umaru Abdullahi, decided to go to the university to study law.

Abdullahi, who rose to become the President of the Court of Appeal also corroborated Cooomassie claims.

He said he and a few other prominent Nigerians were Buhari’s classmates and that the APC candidate was among the most brilliant students then.
