Abuja - President Muhammadu Buhari has sent a request to the Senate for approval to appoint 15 special advisers in his cabinet, reports Premium Times.
Buhari’s letter was read in the Senate on Tuesday by the Senate President, David Mark.
This is Buhari’s first correspondence to the National Assembly since assuming office on May 29.
Buhari, however, did not include the names of the 15 special advisers in the letter.

If the request is granted, the appointments would be the second for Buhari.
