Lagos- The Civil Society Network Against Corruption (CSNAC), has demanded from the Lagos state department to look into the tax reports of government candidates, Akinwunmi Ambode and Jimi Agbaje who are part of the All Progressive Congress (APC) and People’s Democratic Party (PDP) respectively, reports Naij.
The network has approached the CSNAC to respond as soon as possible. Meanwhile the Lagos state governor, Babatunde Raji Fashola, has been questioning the candidates’ tax records, as he attacked Agbaje by saying that he avoids to pay tax, and accused him of owing N1.6 million.

He continued to say that voters must be careful of who they vote. However, the governor candidate, Agbaje claims that he is not in debt with the state, that Fashola was attacking him to mislead people when it comes to election.
The Lagos state gubernatorial election has the APC's Ambode running against PDP’s Jimi Agbaje.
