Abuja - The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) has lamented the malfunctioning of Smart Card Readers (SCRs) in some states and has described the incident as a plot to by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to rig the election to favour their preferred candidates.
Pastor Lawrence Ekwok, PFN Chairman in Cross River State, has accused INEC of plotting to disenfranchise voters in the elections, especially in the Cross River State where card readers malfunctioned at most polling units, Vanguard reports.
