Lagos - A Federal High Court in Lagos has fixed a date for
the suit against All Progressives Congress governorship candidate, Akinwunmi
Ambode, Punch reported.
An order has been put against him that will restrain the
Independent National Electoral Commission from allowing Ambode to field any
governorship post in Lagos for the next poll.

According to reports Ambode's governorship candidacy is
filled with too many irregularities and a non-use of an open ballot system
during the ward congresses was illegal.
