Abakaliki - The state Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Ebonyi State, Ben Nwobashi has been removed from office, reports Leadership.
Nwobashi was sacked on Wednesday by the party’s State Working Committee (SWC).
He was removed alongside with other members of the party’s executives over alleged negligence of office, gross misconduct and fraudulent activities.

Others sacked by the SWC of the party are the state secretary, Victor Elem, the state treasurer, Alloy Nwibo, financial secretary, Ignatius Chima, the state welfare secretary, Ernest Nwaze and Anthony Eze, the assistant state secretary.
Eze Nwachukwu Eze has been appointed to act as the acting Chairman of the party.
