Edo declares public holiday to celebrate Buhari

Benin City - The Edo State Government has declared Wednesday, April 1, 2015, a work-free day in the state to celebrate the victory of the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Muhammadu Buhari in Saturday's presidential election, reports Premium Times.

The holiday is to enable residents attend the victory party being organized for buhari by the government.

The party would  hold at the Oba Ovoranmwen Square, Benin by 3p.m.

Top artistes, including Davido, Patoranking, Osayomore Joseph, Young Bolivia, among others, would perform at the party.
