Ekiti - Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State has announced
that the state will receive a half-day holiday because of the House of Assembly
elections, DailyIndependent reported.
This is to enable workers to travel to the various
government and be able to cast their votes.

It is also stated that most banks in the state have closed
down their services for the rest of the afternoon.
An official statement was release by Chief Press Secretary
to the governor, Idowu Adelusi.
