Delta - The Independent National Electoral Commission has suspended voting in the Udu Local Government area in Delta, Punch reported
This comes as police in the state cannot guarantee the safety of voters in the area.

According to the Resident Electoral Commissioner, Anidi Ikowak, several stakeholders did not want electoral officers to move voting materials to polls.
The stakeholders only wanted voting to commence if only they had seen the constituency collation form, of which was not present at the time and therefore police advised the election to be suspended.
