Abuja - Judges who will hear and determine election petitions arising from the February general elections have been selected, reports Thisday.
The judges will serve as chairmen and members of the tribunals in the 36 states and will be sworn in by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Mahmud Mohammed on February 3.
Ahurakah Isah, Media Aide to the CJN, said the judges will determine election petitions springing forth from the general elections.Also read: Tribunal dismisses APC’s application in Osun
The names of the tribunal members are still kept under wraps and in the custody of the CJN.
