Duste - Gov. Sule Lamido of Jigawa State and Senator Bello Maitama Yusuf are currently at loggerheads over the N15 million campaign fund for the Peoples Democratic Party PDP in the state, reports Vanguard.
Gov. Lamido had released the money to Yusuf for onward disbursement to the electorate in his Gwaram constituency during the governorship, state assembly and House of Representatives elections.
Yusuf, a former Minister in the Second Republic, was accused of diverting the money into other use.
He later decamped and pitched his tent with the All Progressives Congress (APC).
