Lagos - Niger State governor, Muazu Babangida, has hit at Muhammadu Buhari‘s All Progressive Congress (APC), claiming that some of the candidates running for office are not qualified as they do not possess the qualifications to lead, reports The Guardian.

Urging the public to be careful, the governor says that the lack of qualification could make history repeat itself. He claimed that some candidates are not supposed to be in the race for public office, as they seek to make money rather than serve the public.
