Abuja - The International Criminal Court (ICC) has said it would investigate allegations of incitement against the First Lady, Dame Patience Jonathan, reports Punch
The decision to investigate and possibly prosecute the First Lady followed a petition submitted to the ICC by All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Organization (APCPCO).

The court on Monday noted that it has received the petition against the First Lady.
It stated that it would take all the necessary steps, which will likely include interrogating the First Lady and others mentioned in the petition of the APC.
