Yenogoa - The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Bayelsa State on Monday went against the norm in the release of election results, reports Punch.
The commission released the names of winners in Saturday’s state House of Assembly elections in the state without the result sheets showing the actual votes polled by the candidates and their parties.
The results were for 14 out of the 16 constituencies where elections were held in the state.

The commission told anybody interested in the number of votes scored by each candidate and political party to write it.
