Abuja - The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has asked the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to prove the allegation that the commission is conniving with the All Progressives Congress to rig the general elections, reports Premium Times.

Kayode Idowu, the Chief Press Secretary to the INEC chairman, Attahiru Jega, said the PDP should provide proof that the commission was deliberately preventing valid voters in certain sections of the country from getting their Permanent Voter Cards.
