Edo - The Independent National Electorate Commission has
disclosed that it still needs to distribute Permanent Voter Cards to four more
local areas in Edo State, Punch reported.
With just two more weeks till the general elections
commence, INEC has stated that it's doing it's utmost best to deliver the PVC.

INEC expressed that only eligible voters are able to get the
PVC's and some areas will have to wait due the commission delivering a number
of them all at once.
