Abuja - Unidentified gunmen have attacked and killed two people in Imo State in the past two days, Vanguard reports.
One of the victims, Labour Party (LP) state House of Assembly candidate Andrew Ugwuezumba, was reportedly killed on Airport Road in the Ngor Okpala LGA of the state.

Speculations have suggested that the killings may have been politically motivated, while some seem to think that the murders are just a result of bandits going on a rampage.
Ugwuezumba was reported as having been shot at close range.
