Ado Ekiti - The 19 All Progressives Congress (APC) lawmakers in the Ekiti State House of Assembly have served Gov. Ayodele Fayose an impeachment notice, reports Punch.
In serving him the notice, the lawmakers accused the governor of gross misconduct in the exercise of his powers.
The legislators listed eight impeachable offences against the governor.

Fayose’s deputy, Kolapo Olusola, was similarly served an impeachment notice.
Fayose has, however, dismissed the impeachment threat.
He described the threat to remove him as the “joke of the century.”
