Minister threatens to sue APC

Ekiti- Minister of State for Works, Dayo Adeyeye, has hit the All Progressives Congress, threatening for a legal suit of about N10 billion, reports Naij.

The minister threatens to sue the party over alleged accusations that the federal government paid N22 billion to the government to serve as a refund for the construction of infrastructure.

The APC had accused the People’s Democratic Party’s (PDP) Jonathan of stating at the rally that N22 billion was paid to Ekiti State. The threat comes as a result of the accusations made by the APC.

The minister stated that the APC should retract  the comment as he argues that the APC are lying as such if they do not retract the comment the PDP will sue the party. after describing the issue as a malicious falsehood, called out the opposing party to say that they have about 14 days to retract the comment, other wise Jonathan's administration will follow suit with a lot more damage to the APC.
