Abuja - More Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftains have defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC) since the party won the March 28 presidential election, reports Daily Trust.
On Wednesday, many top party members of the PDP in six states dumped the party for the APC.
In Edo State, a former governor of the state, Prof Oserheimen Osunbor, dumped the PDP for the APC, saying that the PDP does not have the interest of the people at heart.

In Ondo State, 23 leaders of the PDP including the gubernatorial candidate of the party in 2012 election, Olusola Oke, a member of the House of Representative Albert Akintoye and former Senator, Gbenga Ogunniya decamped to the APC .
