Abuja - Embattled National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Adamu Mu’azu has begged Gov. Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti to put behind him the disappointment of the party’s defeat in the just concluded general elections, reports New Mail.
Mu’azu urged the governor not to allow the defeat to further divide the party.
The Chairman in a personal statement he signed on Tuesday, noted that
the infighting in the party will not yield anyone any good.

Mu'azu, who is currently outside the country on medical vacation, also appealed to other stakeholders and members of the party across the country to put the survival and stability of the party ahead of all other considerations.
He admonished aggrieved members of the party to bury the hatchet in the overall interest of the party.
