Abuja - The embattled National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Adamu Mu’azu has quietly travelled out of the country to the United Kingdom, reports Peoples Daily.
Mu’azu jetted out of the country on Saturday to relieve himself from the pressure brewing within his party.
Although, Mu’azu had the consent of President Goodluck Jonathan to travel, the trip was meant to frustrate the plot to remove him from office.

The thinking in the Mu’azu’s camp is that once the National Chairman is outside the shores of the country, the plot to remove him and also sack other members of the party’s National Working Committee (NWC) will lose steam.
