Minna - The Niger Government has assured
the incoming All Progressives Congress (APC) governor-elect, Alhaji Abubakar
Bello, of a smooth handover on May 29.
The Secretary to the State Government and head of the 27-man
Transition Implementation Committee, Alhaji Idris Kpaki, made this known in
Minna on Thursday.
"The government has released the Presidential suites to the
governor-elect for his use.
"The administration has also made available two of the
government houses to the governor-elect for use by his guests during the
transition period,’’ he said.

Kpaki said that the official residence of the governor
within the premises of the government house was also undergoing renovation and
would be completed before the handover date.
