Abuja - Members of the House of Representatives from the North- East geo-political zone are currently divided over who to support among two of their colleagues jostling for the Speaker of the House, reports New Telegraph.
The candidates are Mohammed Monguno (APC, Borno) and Femi Gbajabiamila (APC, Lagos).
While a faction of the 48-member caucus are queuing behind Monguno, another faction is said to be rooting for the emergence of Gbajabiamila as the new Speaker.

A new faction on Monday emerged. The new faction led by Binta Bello (PDP, Gombe) denied endorsing any candidate for the position.
