Northern Christian leaders endorse Buhari

Bauchi - Northern Christian leaders from the North -east have endorsed the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate Muhammadu Buhari for the March 28 presidential elections, reports

The Christian leaders under the auspices of the North-east zone of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) endorsed Buhari after a group routing for the APC presidential candidate, Arewa Citizens Action for Change (ACAC) paid a courtesy call on the Chairman of CAN in the zone, Shu’aibu Byal.

Byal said Buhari's endorsement is because of his integrity, honesty and incorruptible antecedents.

He urged Christians and Muslims in the north to unite to ensure that the leadership of the country returned to the north in the forthcoming elections.
